The Personal Training Program offers 55-minute sessions as well as 30-minute, Express Personal Training. Partner training is also available.

Ready for a new challenge? Rev up you workout with one-on-one personal attention and guidance from a certified personal trainer.
i. Advance your Yoga or Pilates practice with focused attention to you, your posture and your specific progressions, or share your experience with a friend of similar skill level, all under the guidance of an experienced trainer, who specializes in Yoga or Pilates.
ii. Training for a long-distance event or competition? Don’t forget to incorporate strength training and flexibility into your program. Personal Training addresses your whole body and performance; your trainer will assess your training needs and educated you on how to train more effectively.
iii. Learn new ways to build strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance by jumping into the pool with a personal trainer. Basic strength training and cardiovascular fitness takes on a whole new dimension and challenge in the water.
