Alex received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Western Illinois University and is currently a Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at GSU. Alex has nine years of weight lifting experience and holds the ADFPF record in the bench press.

Amy has been personal training for over 6 years and
believes that balance, variety and clean eating are the keys to maintaining overall health and fitness.

exercise regimen includes cycling, running and HIIT
workouts to boost speed, agility and power.

Carla is an alumna of The University of Illinois and Eastern Illinois University, with a Masters in Exercise Physiology. She has been a Pilates Personal Trainer and Instructor for over 10 years, and still continues her education through Balanced Body Pilates. Her professional experience includes

Christine has an up-beat training style and enjoys working with a variety of clients. Seeing a client become motivated by their progress, especially doing something they never thought possible makes her day!

Cristina has been passionate about health and fitness
since her early 20s. After receiving a bachelors in statistics, working in the credit industry, then being a stay-at home mom, she made the decision to turn her passion into a career. She believes that health and fitness is a journey, not a destination. It is a lifestyle to strive for, learn about, and embrace. Cristina believes that fitness is for everyone, and loves to help no matter where a person is on their journey. jo_mott Jo Mott – Personal Trainer
Jo has been a personal trainer at HF for 15 years. She began her fitness career as a group exercise instructor and soon after earned her personal training certification. She then continued to expand her training to Power Yoga and Pilates Reformer. Although Jo is qualified and enjoys working with all ages, she specializes in working with more mature members, including post-rehab clients.

keith_finlay Keith Finlay – Pilates Trainer
Keith is an elite personal training professional certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) which is the most respected Training organization in the fitness industry. NASM is considered to be the gold standard for training professionals. He has over 15 years of personal training experience. Keith focuses on the fact that all movement originates from the core and works to build his clients from the inside out to ensure that they have optimal function for all daily activities and to reduce their risk of injury. Keith also brings 15 years of experience in the sport of Taekwondo for which he holds a W.T.F. Black belt and represented his country of Trinidad in the Pan AM Games – C.A.C. and Caribbean Championship.
