What is Small Group Training?
In our two customized exercise studios, we offer specialty classes and programming. Current programs include: TRX Suspension Training, Barre, Boot Camp Express, Bodyshred, Candlelight Chill, Kettlebell Klass, Pilates on the Ball, and Yoga Basics. Please call ua for class dates and times.
How is this different from Group Fitness Classes?
These classes bridge the gap between one on one personal training and group fitness. Enrollment is limited allowing for a better instructor to student ratio. The combination of small classes and specialty equipment will maximize your results helping you to reach your fitness goals.
What about nonmembers?
Nonmembers are welcome at an additional fee. Each class has a separate member and nonmember fee.
How long are the sessions?
Most are set up in four or six week blocks, similar to our other Park District programs. However, some sessions may be different to provide for promotions or allow for seasonal breaks.
How do I sign up?
Class information is posted on our website, flyers throughout the Club, and in the seasonal Choices brochure. Members and nonmembers can sign up at the Welcome Center or on the Park District’s website. Small Group Training is in high demand. Space is limited, sign up TODAY!
